[VirtualBox] How to Share Folders(& Files) between Ubuntu(Host) and Windows(guest)

If we Have Ubuntu as the Host and Windows as Guest(opned by VirtualBox)
What are the steps required to share files between the two systems?

1)Download VirtualBox Client Driver for Guest(Windows) :

http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/<VERSION>/VBoxGuestAdditions_<VERSION>.iso
   

  if VERSION=4.1.2

http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.1.2/VBoxGuestAdditions_4.1.2.iso

2)Select the Os & open its configurations :

3) go to Storage(Stockage) >>Add CD/DVD REader :

4)mont iso file (VBoxGuestAdditions_4.1.2.iso)

5)Open your guest OS and check that ISO file is monted

6)Execute file named (VBoxWindowsAdditions.exe)

7)Install this program  (next > next .. finish)

8)return to the configuration of your machine to share file :

9)Add new Shared Folder :

    10)REturn to guest OS and Open Dos Command(cmd) :

net use x: \\vboxsvr\<nameOfSharedFolder>
